Information from family members or gifters: When someone purchases a membership as a gift, they provide the recipient’s name, email and optional phone number, as well as any celebration content (photos, written messages, voice recordings) they create for that person.

• To deliver the Your Finest Years adventure experience
• To send you login links, PIN codes, and account notifications
• To notify family members when an activity is completed (engagement status only — never content)
• To send the weekly newsletter, if you subscribe
• To send retest reminders for wellness assessments, if you opt in
• To communicate with you about your membership or questions
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Privacy of Storyteller Content

What travelers (recipients) write, reflect on, or record within the platform belongs to them alone. This is a core design principle, not just a policy.

• Family members (gifters) receive engagement notifications only — not content
• Activity directors at partner communities see participation rates and completion data only — never individual content
• Our team accesses individual content only when specifically requested for support purposes

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase (database), GoHighLevel (email/SMS communications), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: If the company is acquired or merged, user information may transfer to the new entity under the same privacy commitments.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your membership is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
